Customers can cancel their Caribe Shuttle ride at any time up to (48) hours before the scheduled pickup with a 10% administration fee or US$15 per order (not per ticket), whichever is higher.  

 

No refund will be given on cancellations less than 48 hours before scheduled depature time.
